We built Change Subject because the ritual is half the habit — and most quit tools only address the other half. This isn't a treatment or a cure. It's a cleaner place for your hand to land.

Ritual Reset Spinner Ring
Change Subject for 30 Days
Change Subject doesn't ask you to fight the reach — it gives it somewhere cleaner to land. Here's what the first month typically looks like.
Week 1
You start noticing the reach itself — the moments your hand moves before you've decided anything. Wearing the necklace gives that reach somewhere to go.
Week 2
The new motion starts to feel less deliberate and more automatic. You reach for the necklace in the same moments you used to reach for the old habit.
Week 3
The pause becomes the point — a few seconds to decide on purpose instead of on autopilot, without smoke, vapor, or nicotine.
Week 4
One Month In
The ritual has a new home. Change Subject doesn't promise to end the habit — it gives your hand a cleaner place to land, every time.

OUR MISSION
Replace the ritual,
not the addiction.
Quitting fails when it ignores the habit — the hand-to-mouth motion your brain has repeated thousands of times. BreatheFree gives that ritual a clean place to land, so willpower isn't doing all the work.
No nicotine to taper. No vapor to hide. Just a calmer, healthier version of the motion you already know.

Why it works
A satisfying ritual —without the poison
Satisfying resistance
The familiar draw,reinvented clean
A smooth, calibrated breathing resistance mimics the hand-to-mouth motion of a cigarette — giving your old routine a healthier place to land the second a craving strikes.
- Feel like a smooth resistance
- Nothing burned, heated, or vaporized
- Use it on flights, at your desk, anywhere
Fashion meets control
A sleek necklace you'll never misplace
Worn around your neck, it's always ready to beat urges wherever life takes you. No more panic of a lost vape — support that's literally impossible to lose, in four finishes.
- Silver, Gold, Midnight Black or Rainbow
- Discreet — reads as jewellery, not a quit tool
- Always within reach the moment you need it
From cravings to calm
A mindful breathing ritual that helps redirect the urge
When an old habit or stressful moment appears, reach for your Change Subject necklace and take a slow, controlled breath. This simple breathing ritual gives you a moment to pause, refocus and choose a healthier response—wherever you are.
- Nicotine-free and smoke-free
- Reusable with no charging required
- Lightweight, discreet and ready whenever you need it
Why Change Subject
A wearable tool built for the moment your hand reaches — not a supplement, not a subscription.
Why Change Subject
A wearable tool built for the moment your hand reaches — not a supplement, not a subscription.
Stainless Steel, Built to Last
A durable stainless steel pendant on an adjustable chain — made to be worn daily, not replaced monthly.
Real, Controlled Resistance
A deliberate draw when you inhale — not an empty straw. The pause is the point.
No Nicotine, No Vapor, No Battery
Nothing to charge, refill, or run out of. Just pure airflow, every time.
How It Works
Three simple steps to redirect the reach.
Open the pendant
Unscrew the necklace — a second's work, no tools or batteries needed.
Drop in a refill
Add a clean aroma refill — or skip it for pure, unscented airflow.
Breathe through it
Take slow, mindful inhales whenever an urge hits. The craving fades.

The real reason quitting is hard
Unlike anything you've tried before
Quitting isn't just chemical — it's the habit and hand-to-mouth ritual your brain has repeated thousands of times. Remove it suddenly and cravings hit harder. Most quit aids fight the substance but ignore the behaviour your brain expects.
“"Designed to replace the ritual — not the addiction."”
See the difference
Same urge. Totally different response.
- Digging through a bag for a lighter or vape
- Panic when you've lost or forgotten it
- Paying $8+ a pack, every single day
- Smoke, vapor, and a smell that lingers
- Nothing to do with your hands when the urge hits
- Grab the necklace already on your neck
- Always there — it's jewelry, not a gadget
- One kit pays for itself in about a week
- Zero smoke. Zero vapor. Zero smell.
- The same hand-to-mouth motion, minus the poison

Old Ritual vs.Change Subject
Patches and gum can address the craving. They don't replace the hand-to-mouth motion your brain expects thousands of times a day.

Your Questions Answered
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
Is this a stop-smoking treatment?
+
No. Change Subject is a behavioral ritual-replacement tool. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure nicotine withdrawal, addiction, or any condition. If you need clinical support to quit, it can be used alongside evidence-based cessation care, not instead of it.
Will it feel like vaping?
+
It creates real, deliberate resistance when you inhale — a controlled draw, not an empty straw. It won't replicate a throat hit or vapor sensation, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than oversell it.
Does it need charging or refills?
+
No. It works on pure airflow — no battery, no pods, no required refill.
What's it made of?
+
Stainless steel. Pendant: 60mm x 8mm. Chain: approx. 70cm, adjustable. Available in Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Rainbow, Black, and two-tone finishes.
How do I place an order?
+
Browse the product, choose your color, add it to your cart, and check out securely. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience and security.
Shipping & delivery time?
+
